MILI-33200 Applied Leadership in Small Unit Operations

This course is a continuation of MILI 33100, emphasizing doctrinal leadership and tactical operations at the small unit level. Students must write peer evaluations and receive feedback on leadership abilities and how to improve skills necessary to be a successful officer. This course includes reading assignments, homework assignments, small group assignments, briefings, case studies, and practical exercises, a mid-term exam, and a final exam. Cadets receive systematic and specific feedback on leader attributes, values, and core leader competencies from the instructor, other ROTC cadre, and MSL IV Cadets who sue the Cadet Officer Evaluation System (OES). Successful completion of this course will help prepare Cadets for the ROTC Advanced Camp held each summer at Fort Knox, KY.
