Educational Leadership, Teacher Leader Endorsement / Master of Education (M.Ed.)

The Master of Education degree in Educational Leadership with Teacher Leader Endorsement is designed to assist current licensed teachers to move into school-based leadership. These positions can address the improvement of student learning, improvement of instruction, professional development, coaching, mentoring, team leader and division chair.

Prerequisites
1. Professional Educator License with Teacher Endorsement
2. Three years successful teaching experience
3. Fulfillment of Survey of Exceptional Child requirement (105 ILCS 5/21-2a)
