A drawing major is essentially a fine arts major. Drawing majors will increase their ability to perceive the visual world and learn to better articulate their self-expression. A drawing major will acquire a strong foundation in fine arts as well as a deeper understanding of the importance of visual language. This program will prepare students for graduate work.

Majors in Drawing must earn a grade of “C” or better in all courses in the program. Courses in which a major has earned less than a grade of “C” must be repeated.
