Social Analysis / Minor

Students who complete this minor will be able to understand and navigate social, professional, and political interactions in today’s world, making them better prepared to become collaborators in their communities and places of employment.  The coursework includes focuses on gender differences, conflict resolution, the labor market, and workplace behavior, in addition to courses on the formation of opinions, political/community participation, and deviance from social norms.  This minor is designed to complement other majors and be useful to any student wishing to successfully cooperate with others in modern society and in the workplace.
