Students are encouraged to choose one of the two tracks below in order to meet the requirement for HRM-related electives.  However, they are not required to choose a track.  They may choose from any of the courses below to fulfill the elective requirement.

 

Track 1: Industrial/Organizational Psychology/Organizational Development Track

This track is specifically designed for students wishing to expand their knowledge/skills in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organizational Development, and be able to apply that knowledge/skills in an HR setting.  It is also designed for students planning to pursue a graduate degree in one of those areas or in a related field.
