02-423 Functional Human Anatomy Lab

This is a one credit hour laboratory based class primarily devoted to learning the skeleton and the origin, insertion and action of the skeletal muscles of the human body along with basic circulation and nerve supply. Students will also assemble the required muscle groups on Maniken, a table model of the skeleton. which will serve to reinforce the origin and insertion of the individual muscles. Clinical case studies will also be included to allow the student to apply what they have learned regarding muscle function along with written and practical exams
