Cadets receive systematic and specific feedback on leader attributes, values, and core leader competencies from the instructor, other ROTC cadre, and MSL IV Cadets who sue the Cadet Officer Evaluation System (OES). Successful completion of this course will help prepare Cadets for the ROTC Advanced Camp held each summer at Fort Knox, KY.
